JAMAL HAMDANI

Jamal was a visionary who established world-class engineering teams, leaving a lasting legacy of innovation by building renowned systems and products second to none, serving many industries. This began in 1996 when he first became CEO of our companies.
His belief, leadership, and compassion for our employees led to many hours of mentoring and developing the strong values and key strengths that have shaped our company’s core and continue to propel us forward. Although we miss him terribly, his vision and values continue to inspire us to strive for a higher level of excellence in all that we do.
This, along with our desire to continue developing high-level products and systems that exceed customer expectations, will continue the legacy that Jamal envisioned.
BRUCE TARR, CMA
CFO, Axxcss Wireless Solutions, Inc. and subsidiaries
Bruce Tarr is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Axxcss Wireless Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
In this role, he is directly responsible for the company’s financial activities, including budgetary planning, risk management, information technology systems, and financial reporting. He is also the primary liaison with the company’s auditors.
Mr. Tarr has many years of experience in top-level finance positions within various corporations.
Mr. Tarr is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Master of Science degree in Management from California State College, Northridge.
JEFF MADDEN
Vice President, Operations and Program Management
Jeff has more than 20 years Program Management experience in the Telecommunications industry and 10 years Defense/Aerospace Industry.
Jeff is responsible for Operations, Global Supply Chain and Program Management in E-Band Communications LLC. Demonstrated expertise leading all phases of programs from conceptualization through completion, including acquisition, planning, Risk mitigation, NPI, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Budgeting, scheduling, and full Product Lifecycle Management.
Possesses strong Global Sub Contract management expertise building and leading Project management teams to implement company Systems in Major Sub-Contractors. He has an equivalent BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
ERIC TSENG
Vice President Engineering
Eric has over 20 years’ experience in product development to include digital and analog design, through manufacturing, cost down, testing and customer support.
Eric has extensive experience in all areas of RF systems and wireless design and power systems development and hardware and firmare. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering
